SIGMACHROME is a systemic hemostat that is advocated for: |

|
| |
|
|
|
Bleeding tendency (e.g. purpura) due to reduced capillary resistance or increased capillary
permeability. |
| |
|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
Bleeding from skin - burns, mucosa - hematemesis, malena, epistaxis, hematuria, hemoptysis,
hemorrhagic gingivitis, or endometrium - menorrhagia, due to decreased capillary resistance,
bleeding from the fundus of the eye, renal bleeding and bleeding from the uterus. |

Abnormal bleeding due to reduced capillary resistance during or after surgery. |

SIGMACHROME is also advocated for prevention and treatment of pre- and post-operative bleeding.
It is useful for all delicate operations including those for highly vascularized tissues: ENT, gynecology,
obstetrics, urology, odontostomatology, ophthalmology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, vascular
surgery, neurosurgery, oncosurgery. |

SIGMACHROME is contraindicated in those hypersensitive to its ingredients. It is not for intravenous
administration.

Precautions & Warnings |

Besides the possibility of hypersensitivity reaction, SIGMACHROME is relatively well tolerated and
free from adverse reactions. Occasionally there may be pain at site of injection.

Adverse Reactions |
| |

|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
Parenteral calcium (SIGMACALVIT Injection) may cause flushing, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness,
sweating and hypotension. Hypersensitivity reactions could occur due to the ingredients in
SIGMACALVIT Injection. |
